Permanent CNC operator - $50 per hour

We’re chasing an experienced CNC Operator to join a busy, well set up workshop in Capalaba. This is a hands on role working with modern equipment to manufacture high quality products.

The Role

• CNC setup and operation
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Tool selection, offsets and machine adjustments
• Machine components to tight tolerances
• Carry out in process and final quality checks
• Work across CNC machining and laser cutting

What we’re looking for

• Proven CNC machining experience
• Ability to set up machines confidently (highly regarded)
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Background in manufacturing or precision machining
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, safety focused and team oriented
• CAD experience a bonus, not essential
